If you have completed all the required questions but are still unable to move on to the next section, please check the dates you have entered in the questions. For example, the date your relationship began should be before your date of marriage. Or the date you moved in together should be after the date your relationship began.

Once you’ve registered you will receive a welcome email. Sometimes it will take a minute or two for you to receive your email. Please check your spam folder as it might get stuck there sometimes. In the welcome email you will have to click the link to authenticate your registration.

Sometimes it will take a minute or two for you to receive the email attaching your Engage submission PDF. If you cannot see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder as it might be stuck in there. Also, some work-related email providers might filter out attachments to emails.

At the end of the Engage form we asked you for a memorable word. It is this memorable word that will unlock your Engage submission PDF. The password you created to register with Engage will not work. Please check that you are using your memorable word to unlock your PDF.
